Welcome to the Sisu Fire Co. online store! The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to the merchant, Sisu Fire Co. Sisu Fire Co. operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience ("Services"). Sisu Fire Co. is powered by Shopify's platform, which allows us to provide the Services to you.

The terms below, together with the policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), describe your rights and obligations when using the Services.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they contain important information about your legal rights, including a disclaimer of warranties and limitations of liability.

By accessing, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy (https://sisufire.fi/policies/privacy-policy). If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or attempt to access our Services.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By accepting these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority under the laws of your place of residence, and that you have given us your consent to allow any minor dependents to use the Services on a device you own, purchase or control.

To use the Services, including browsing our store or purchasing any product or service we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address and billing, payment and shipping details. You represent and warrant that any information you provide on our site is accurate, current and complete, and that you have all rights necessary to provide such information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all account activity. You may not transfer, sell, assign or license your account to any other person.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the products offered in our store. Please note, however, that the color or appearance of a product may differ from how it appears on your screen, depending on the device you use to view the store and your device's display settings.

We aim to ensure that products correspond to the descriptions given in our store. EU consumers have statutory rights regarding the conformity of goods.

All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time, and we may limit the quantities of any product we offer to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Sisu Fire Co. reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, at our sole discretion. Your order is not accepted until confirmed by Sisu Fire Co. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as Sisu Fire Co. may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been accepted. Personalized and made-to-order (print-on-demand) products are exempt from the EU right of withdrawal, as they are manufactured to the customer's specifications. If we do not accept, modify or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address and/or phone number provided with the order.

You may only return or exchange your purchase in accordance with our Refund Policy (https://sisufire.fi/policies/refund-policy).

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your personal or household use, and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed, as stated in the order confirmation email. Unless expressly stated otherwise, listed prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import fees.

Prices displayed in our store may differ from those offered in a physical store, or in a store or by other third parties. We may from time to time offer promotions on the Services that may affect pricing and are governed by terms separate from these Terms. If any terms of a promotion conflict with these Terms, the terms of the promotion will govern.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases made in our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

You represent and warrant that (i) any credit card information you provide is true, correct and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable shipping and handling charges and taxes.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING
We are not responsible for delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only, and we cannot guarantee that they will be met. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Ownership of a product transfers to you once it has been handed over to the shipping carrier. For EU consumers, the risk of loss passes to you once you have physically received the product.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including without limitation all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video and audio, as well as their design, selection and arrangement, are the property of the merchant Sisu Fire Co., its affiliates or licensors, and are protected by Finnish, EU and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Services without our prior written consent. Except as expressly stated herein, nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting you a license or other right under any patent, trademark, copyright or other intellectual property right of Sisu Fire Co., Shopify or any third party. Unauthorized use of the Services may violate applicable federal and state intellectual property laws. Sisu Fire Co. reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.

The Sisu Fire Co. name, logo, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Sisu Fire Co. or its affiliates or licensors. Such trademarks may not be used without the prior written permission of Sisu Fire Co. The Shopify name and logo, and product and service names, designs and slogans, are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans appearing on the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide you with access to third-party tools that we neither monitor nor have any control over, nor input into.

You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available," without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind, and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion, and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which such tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).

We may also, in the future, offer new features through the Services (including the release of new tools and resources). Such new features shall also be considered part of the Services and subject to these Terms of Service.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may include materials and hyperlinks to websites provided or maintained by third parties (including any embedded third-party functionality). We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any third-party materials or websites you choose to visit. If you choose to leave the Services to access such materials or third-party sites, you do so at your own risk.

We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. Please review carefully the third party's policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third party.

SECTION 9 – YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Sisu Fire Co. is powered by Shopify's platform, which allows us to provide the Services to you. Nevertheless, all sales and purchases made in our store are made directly through the Sisu Fire Co. website. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any part of a sale between you and the merchant Sisu Fire Co., including any injury, damage or loss arising from the goods and services purchased. You hereby release Shopify and its affiliates from any and all claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to your purchase and transaction with the merchant Sisu Fire Co.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY
Any personal information we collect through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, available here (https://sisufire.fi/policies/privacy-policy), and certain personal information may also be governed by Shopify's Privacy Policy, available here. By using the Services, you confirm that you have read these privacy policies.

Because Shopify hosts the Services, Shopify collects and processes personal information about your use of the Services in order to provide and improve the Services for you. Information you submit to the Services is transmitted and shared with Shopify and third parties who may be located outside your country of residence, in order to provide the Services to you. SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK
If you submit, upload, post, email or otherwise transmit ideas, feedback, reviews, suggestions, plans or other content (collectively, "Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute and display such Feedback in any medium for any purpose, including commercial use. For example, we may use our rights under this license to operate, provide, assess, improve and promote the Services and to fulfill our obligations and exercise our rights under these Terms of Service.

You further represent and warrant that: (i) you own or have all rights necessary to any Feedback; (ii) you have disclosed any compensation or incentive you have received in connection with the Feedback; and (iii) your Feedback complies with these Terms. We have no obligation to (1) keep your Feedback confidential; (2) pay you any compensation for your Feedback; or (3) respond to your Feedback.

We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove Feedback that we, at our sole discretion, consider unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, disparaging, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable, or that violates any party's intellectual property rights or these Terms of Service.

You agree that your Feedback will not violate any right of a third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your Feedback will not contain defamatory or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Services or any related website. You may not use a false email address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third parties as to the origin of any Feedback. You are solely responsible for any Feedback you make and its accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any Feedback posted by you or any third party.

SECTION 12 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). EU consumers will always be notified by email of any order cancellation.

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Services, directly or indirectly: (a) for any unlawful or harmful purpose; (b) to violate any international, EU, national or local regulations, rules or laws; (c) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (d) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate or discriminate against our employees or other persons; (e) to submit false or misleading information; (f) to upload, knowingly receive, upload, download, use or re-use any material that does not comply with these Terms; (g) to transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including spam, chain letters or other similar solicitations; (h) to impersonate or attempt to impersonate another person or entity; or (i) to engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services, or which, as determined by us, may harm Sisu Fire Co., Shopify, or users of the Services, or expose them to liability.

Additionally, you agree that you will not: (a) upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Services; (b) reproduce, duplicate, copy, extract, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Services; (c) collect or track the personal information of others; (d) spam, phish, pharm, or engage in any pretexting on the Services; (e) use robots, spiders, scrapers, data harvesting or extraction tools, automated devices or processes, AI tools (such as agentic AI), or any other automated or manual means to access the Services; or (f) interfere with, circumvent or bypass any security or authentication features, robot-exclusion headers, or other measures we use to restrict access to the Services. We reserve the right to suspend, disable or terminate your account at any time without notice if we determine that you have violated any part of these Terms.

14.1 This section ("Agent Terms") applies if you use, permit, enable, or cause the use of an Agent to access or interact with the Services. "Agent" means any software or service that performs an autonomous or semi-autonomous action on behalf of or under the direction of any person or entity, and which may be executed on behalf of a person or using a person's device without direct supervision.

14.2 No Agent may access or interact with the Services unless it identifies and acts, at all times, strictly in accordance with the requirements of Section 14.4 below. In addition, no Agent may access or interact with Shopify's consumer-facing services if we have requested that the Agent refrain from accessing, using or interacting with such services.

14.3 We may restrict, including through technical measures, whether any Agent has access to and the right to use and interact with the Services.

14.4 Agents must: (i) in all HTTP/HTTPS requests, disclose that the request is from an Agent and identify the Agent by including the following in the request's user-agent string: "Agent/[agent name]"; (ii) not obscure or disguise the fact that access, use or interactions are coming from an Agent, including by (a) mimicking human behavior and interaction patterns or (b) completing or bypassing CAPTCHAs, or performing actions intended to distinguish computer use from human use; (iii) truthfully answer any questions or prompts designed to determine whether interactions are coming from a human or a computer; (iv) not circumvent or otherwise evade any measures intended to prevent, restrict, modify or monitor whether and how Agents access or use Shopify's consumer-facing services, or interact with them.

SECTION 15 – TERMINATION
We may terminate this Agreement or your access to the Services (or any part thereof) at our sole discretion, at any time, without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

The following sections will survive any termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver, Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy, and any other terms that by their nature should survive termination.

SECTION 16 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The information available on or through the Services is provided for general informational purposes only. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of this information. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk. We disclaim all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on such materials by you or any other visitor to the Services, or by anyone who may be informed of any of its content.

UNLESS EXPRESSLY STATED OTHERWISE BY SISU FIRE CO., THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS OFFERED THROUGH THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, MERCHANTABLE QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DURABILITY, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT OR REPRESENT THAT USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR OTHER LIMITATIONS, SO THE ABOVE DISCLAIMER MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. The statutory rights of EU consumers regarding the conformity of goods remain unaffected by this section.

SECTION 17 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SISU FIRE CO., OUR AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS OR LICENSORS, OR SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR ANY SIMILAR DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PROCURED USING THE SERVICES, OR FOR ANY OTHER CLAIM RELATED IN ANY WAY TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT, OR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY CONTENT (OR PRODUCT) POSTED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY. The statutory rights of EU consumers are not limited by this section.

SECTION 18 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sisu Fire Co., Shopify and our respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and service providers, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of (1) your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or (3) your use of the Services.

We will notify you of any such claim, provided that failure to promptly notify you will not relieve you of your obligations hereunder unless you are materially prejudiced as a result. We may control the defense and settlement of any such claim at your expense, including the choice of counsel, but we will not settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent (which shall not be unreasonably withheld). You will cooperate in the defense of any such claim, including by providing relevant documents.

SECTION 19 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms of Service, without affecting the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

SECTION 20 – WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect of the Services constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us, and govern your use of the Services, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).

Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.

You may not assign or transfer this Agreement, or any rights or obligations under these Terms, without our prior written consent, and any such attempt shall be void. We may assign, transfer or delegate these Terms and our rights and obligations without your consent or notice to you.

SECTION 22 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. Disputes shall primarily be resolved in the District Court of Southwest Finland (Varsinais-Suomen käräjäoikeus). However, EU consumers have the right to bring proceedings before the competent court of their own country of residence. You and Sisu Fire Co. agree to submit to that venue and personal jurisdiction.

SECTION 23 – HEADINGS
Headings used in this Agreement are included for convenience only and shall not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

You may review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
